**Why it doesn't work**
-It's the equivalent to have a player mod system. The players practically decide your fate and if it's a bull shit sandwich then you are taking a bite of it.

-Working closely with the staff is another excuse to give staff another excuse to not put fourth the effort to read the forums and make legitimate responses back. You will actually be trained in how to respond to people who disagree with YNK "We are working on it, we suggested it, we are working on it, etc."

-If the 'Tool Shed' (Rohan Committee) was actually formed it would ultimately sink this community to a newer all time low with all of the bias that exists in this chain of hatred. I myself was apart of a player mod system in another game and it's literally 'the boy who cries wolf' is the job. I'm biased against bull shit so a lot of people would be hammered down by the bull shit man.

**Perfect Example of a Scenario**

RedRyder: Alright, next case is Flare. This bastard as opposed the YNK government for years and has been trying to take it down but this time we caught him and stopped his rebellion. What should the punishment be?

Boomer: Ban
Digitality: Ban
Barannhowver you spell it: Since I'm a suck up, I vote ban
NamNem: Ban
Flare: I vote myself for a Ban because it's going to happen anyways, what bull shit.

Famous quote from the AVGN. "It's like you're standing in a pool full of piss and a guy comes with a bucket a shit to put on your head. Do you duck in the piss? or do you take on the shit?"

Solution: YNK staff reads the forums and responds like a normal person would.
