My original write up this thread turned into a short novel. So here is the short condensed version of what is coming up. I have read your complaints regarding GM's, events, and support over the last few months. Those complaints did not go unnoticed. We are in the process of changing the way our internal support structure works.
I have 20 game masters/customer service reps in training right now. That is the reason for the new green names you may have seen. They will complete their training on June 1st. At that time, there should be a GM on each server 24 hours a day for you to contact. Live Chat will be back to being open again. These individuals should be able to assist you with all the basic issues. However if you're needing a reimbursement or have a more complex issue, they will only be able to escalate your issue to the appropriate team to assist with. Escalated issues may have a turn around time of 24 to 72 hours depending on the complexity of it.
With the increased help, we'll once again be providing more in game events that have gone away recently. These are just some of the changes that will be coming up.
