Any idea when we're going to get the Master grade items and the missing Grade D & C Artisan blueprints?

There is a "Master" grade shown in the crafting guide on the Rohan site. Is this just a typo/translation glitch for Artisan or does this 3rd Master grade exist to be implemented in a future patch?

Also the lack of Grade D and C Artisans is a major pain in the freaking ass. When are these going to be added be it mob drops or NPC?
